The landscape team I cannot say more positive things about. This is the second time I have hired Shear Perfection to help design, install and maintain my backyard projects. Both projects included installation of stamped, colored concrete, irrigation and hardwired lighting. While my most recent project was about half the size of my first project and about four years difference they still had the same team which indicates the team is being treated fair and well. I had some major complications on my first project but the owner is an outstanding guy and stood behind his workmanship by replacing and/or repairing everything I identified. I could not be more pleased. If you are looking for quality work at a fair price, don't hesitate to call them!

From start to finish it was an absolute pleasure working with Shear Perfection! It started with the simple fact that they returned our phone call promptly. That is not a given in this day and age. They scheduled a consultation, showed up on time, and had great insight on what we were trying to accomplish. We got several bids and they won it based not on price (they were not the least expensive) but on all of the above. Work was scheduled and completed in a timely manner. The gentleman who did the work were extremely professional, took pride in their work, and also had some great suggestions along the way. When the job was over, you couldn’t tell that they had been there. I also need to mention that the communication during the project was excellent, all work changes were seamless and consistent. We are extremely happy with the end result and will definitely use them again!

They did an amazing job putting in the stairs and extending our driveway. Their work definitely improved our front yard, giving it a cleaner look. Also, their team did a great job communicating with us about updates. We would use them again in the future and recommend them to others.

“I will no longer need to collect estimates from multiple vendors as I have found the crew to work my future projects. Shear Perfection Landscape & Maintenance Co. worked from my plans to the letter and produced a Bocce court that exceeded my expectations. Our project also consisted of: A freestanding pergola shade structure, flagstone walks and patios, decomposed granite (DG) pathways along with decorative wood and wrought iron fencing. Their landscape designer worked very well with my wife and produced a fantastic layout of drought resistant plants, shrubs and a few trees, also added a rock out-cropping and converted our outdated sprinkler system to a drip system. Shear Perfection Landscape & Maintenance Co. planted everything as designed and added a nice bed of quality grade mulch to finish off the project. I look forward to having Shear Perfection Landscape & Maintenance Co. install additional landscape lighting in the future.”

If I could give more than 5 stars to this company I would. Chad, Ginni, Manuel and his crew of hard working men are all professionals. Very reliable when you need them. Communication is great because I can text or email and still get the job done. Above and beyond when it comes to details. This company truly lives up to its name. Just " Shear Perfection ". I had my backyard completely redone by this company and they were great! They give you honest answers, estimate, time line just everything was fine just as I wanted. If they had questions they checked with me and were sure before proceeding. I would recommend them to anyone who wants their dream yard. They were all very approachable and hard workers. Shear Perfection has amazed me with the quality of their work. The crew and office staff were very professional and friendly. If I had any questions they will always take the time to help. I had never worked with a professional crew for redoing a yard. They made the process of a large project very simple and smooth. The outcome of my new yard is amazing and beautiful. The concrete work is perfect, my new retaining wall is awesome and now my beautiful plants are growing. I even received a follow up call about four weeks after to make sure everything was perfect. Chad and his awesome crew replanted the front, back and side yard with drought tolerant plants. In just a week, they completed an entire redesign of our yard. Chad the owner was very fair in pricing, he and his crew did more work to honor the estimate. I had Shear Perfection completely re-do my yard. Chad came by to give me a quote and figure out a game plan on how to re-do my yard. Chad was able to give me a fair quote quickly and a week later his crew was at my house. The whole process was painless. Chad and his crew did a great job communicating, showed up on time, finished the job ahead of schedule and did great work. I also appreciated the fact that they clearly explained what I needed to to do to maintain my yard and also made sure that my irrigation system was in perfect working order. They also followed up a few weeks later to make sure that I was satisfied with the work that was done.

We could not be happier with the work Chad and his crew did for us. From our first consultation through the completion of the project they were all very professional. Immediately I could tell that Chad is very knowledgeable and experienced and knew what I was wanting even if I was having a hard time explaining it. He even chose exactly the perfect type of grass based off of what our desires were when it came to the perfect yard for our family. He was very mindful of our budget and very honest about what would and would not work based on out budget, space, what the space would be used for, etc. He even took our kids and dogs into consideration when coming up with a plan! Chad is a stand up, honest guy who clearly loves what he does. He was an absolute joy to work with. From now on he is our go to guy for all of our outdoor projects! His crew worked expertly and were very professional. They completed the job on time and left the job site clean and tidy at the end of each day.
