CSLB (Contractor’s License), City and County licenses, Bond, Workman’s Comp, General Liability, Commercial Insurance.

• • What areas do you service?

Our Landscape Construction and Concrete Divisions serve the following areas: Roseville, Rocklin, Lincoln, Granite Bay, Auburn, Meadow Vista, Loomis, Penryn, Newcastle, and surrounding areas.

Our Concrete division services the following areas only: Folsom, Orangevale, Fair Oaks, El Dorado Hills.

We are a full-service landscape construction, concrete, and design company. We can comfortably handle just about anything you can dream up outside of your home. Please visit our services page for a complete list.

Yes. We warranty every aspect of your entire project and believe we have the best warranty in Northern California.

• • How much does it cost for an estimate?

We offer a free 30-minute appointment with our expert estimator. Please give our office a call to schedule a time.

• • Can I see previous work from other clients?

Yes, we are always happy to share our work with potential customers. A lot of our work can be found on our portfolio page.

• • What are your office hours?

Monday through Friday 9am to 4pm

• • How do I know if I need a design?

You do. Here are your three options.

• • 1. You provide us with a sketch.
    2. You can have a 1-hour consultation for us to hand draw a sketch including a plant list, etc. Not to scale.
    3. You can meet with our design team who will provide a 3D Cad design to scale with exact plant list. HOA’s will usually require this option.

• What is the return on investment for landscaping?

With our expertise working many years with local real estate agents and developers, only PROFESSIONALLY designed and landscape project yields a 3-1 value which is tied to the highest return on investment. For instance, if you spend $10,000 on your landscape project the value will increase approximately $30,000.
