You’ll know the projected costs as well as the costs of additional services or materials you may wish to include. We only prepare change orders when you, our client decides to make any modifications to the original scope of work.
When you accept an estimate, we will schedule the work and stay in communication to let you know when we will be starting on your project. We only work on one project at a time allowing us to completely focus the crew on your project from start to finish. Our goal is to provide you with excellent customer service and communicate with you every step of the way. As a design-build landscaper, we will construct and install the initial vision based off the scope of work outlined. If onsite challenges arise, our team will collaborate to find solutions that ensure the vision and intent of the plan are fulfilled. You will have a point of contact from the very beginning providing you with answers to your questions or concerns that may arise.
When the project is completed, a final walk through will be conducted to ensure all aspects of the project are completed and up to Shear Perfection Landscape’s standards. At that time instructions for care and maintenance of your new landscape will be provided to you.
